Entries, either by post or email, must reach me by Friday 24th February.

All schools are encouraged to bring along at least one person - staff or parent - who is competent (not necessarily qualified) with a stop watch. Other qualified officials most welcome - please advise me of your availability - sue@mglweb.com

Once again, this event has been heavily oversubscribed. In order to fit the maximum possible number of swims into the time available, the following criteria have been used:

• All entries with no times rejected
• Fastest entry times within each age category accepted
• Because of restraints on number of swimmers on poolside, those with only 50 FS remaining following the above, rejected.

Refunds:  Where all swims rejected, cheque will be destroyed. For individual rejections, refunds will be available on the day.

Cards/Withdrawals: NO ENTRY CARDS will be used. Please notify any withdrawals by Sat 24th Sept. by email to:

withdrawal@hampshireschoolswimming.org

quoting swimmer's name, date of birth & events that swimmer wishes to withdraw from.

NB:  Space on poolside will be limited. Large bags will not be allowed - swimmers should use lockers (10p required) and only bring onto poolside a small bag for goggles, drinks, etc.

Warm up:

Session 1: 11.30am

Session 2: 3.30pm (aaprox)

Please note that this is the same competition that has previously taken place in November with the Final in February. With changes to ESSA, it is hoped that having the whole competition in the same term will benefit all.

Final will be held in Southampton in November this year - it would be great to have a good representation of Hampshire and IOW Schools/Colleges!

Closing date is Saturday 10th September 2011 - but early entries would be appreciated!!
